Welcome to the Georgia Chapter of the CAI -- the nation's voice for condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. With over 17,000 members in 57 chapters throughout the U.S. and in several foreign countries, CAI advances excellence through seminars, workshops, conferences and programs.
The Institute publishes the largest collection of resources available on community associations including the award-winning Common Ground magazine. CAI advocates community association interests before legislatures, it conducts research on innovations and best practices in community association creation and management, and provides networking and referral opportunities through both the national office and local chapters.
The Georgia Chapter of CAI was formed in 1981. Our members include: condominium and homeowner associations, neighborhoods and association-governed communities of all sizes, individual homeowners and providers of professional services and products for community associations. The Georgia chapter provides an on-going event calendar that offers both education and networking opportunities to our members, including an annual Legal Forum and ABC's Course; A Basic Course for Association Leaders! Our chapter has won national awards for the highest net growth during the last two years! Leaders within our chapter have won individual awards both on a local and National level for outstanding leadership and support to the organization. The Georgia Chapter, now considered a large chapter, exceeds 300 members and is growing every day!
