CAI Georgia Chapter Awards

We recognize achievements through Community Associations Institute awards in Georgia, including Georgia home owner association awards, condominium association awards in Georgia, the Rita Kennedy Award, and so on.

Recruiter of the Year

This award is given to the person that recruits the most members during the current year, and will be based on the number of recruits total for 2002 to date. The record of recruits is maintained at a national level and can be given upon request.

Educator of the Year

This award is given to the most effective speaker based on attendee program evaluations. The grade of the speaker will be done by establishing an over-all % and will be calculated by the actual number of attendees for each individual program. (National CAI speakers will not be included as this is a Chapter Award.)
