Community Association Institute (CAI) is an international membership organization dedicated to building, creating, and sustaining the world's best communities. With nearly 50,000 members and 65 chapters worldwide, CAI sets the standard for excellence in community association governance, management, and leadership through education, advocacy, and best practices.

The Georgia Chapter of CAI (CAI-Georgia) is a very large chapter serving more than 1,100 active members across the state. Our membership includes community property managers, homeowner leaders, business partners, and community association management firms representing more than 50 management companies.

As the only CAI chapter in Georgia, CAI-Georgia is committed to enhancing the quality of community association living through education, legislative advocacy, professional development, and meaningful networking opportunities. We host a wide range of educational programs, industry events, and networking experiences throughout the year to support and connect community association professionals and volunteer leaders.
