Homeowner Education

CAI-Georgia values our homeowner leaders and offers a variety of resources to help homeowners and community association leaders. These resources are designed to encourage effective and engaging leaders. Our objective is to inspire community associations to become better—even preferred—places to call home. CAI-Georgia has over 200 homeowner leaders and we offer virtual education throughout the year!

The homeowner leader virtual education classes are bought to you by our Education Committee. The one hour subject classes are taught by our Precious Metal Platinum Management Company experts. These monthly virtual education class topics are relative to what your HOA Board should be doing at that time!

We invite all our members and future members to attend these events. All the virtual education is no cost to members and very minimum cost to future members.

Virtual Mock Board Meeting

Managing a Homeowners Association (HOA) is no easy task. It requires careful planning, strategic decision-making, and consistent communication among all involved parties. One of the key components of this process is regular meetings. These gatherings are not just routine catch-ups, but vital platforms for discussing matters of importance, addressing concerns, and making decisions that directly impact our communities.

The CAI-Georgia Education Committee understands the importance of these meetings and hence, invites all homeowner leaders, condominium board members, and indeed anyone living in a community, to attend a special event - a virtual mock board meeting. This event is not just about learning the ropes of running a board meeting. It's about understanding the nuances of effective communication, the do's and don'ts of interactions, and the roles each member plays in these meetings.

Homeowner Leadership Development Workshop

Mental Health: Managing Stress & Difficult People
