MEMBERSHIP TYPES
BUSINESS PARTNER MEMBERSHIP This membership is perfect for businesses that support the community association industry. Membership is for companies that provide a good or service to community associations. These companies can include law firms, accountants/banks/financial services, software and internet providers, landscapers, roofers, pet waste, and much more! Annual Membership dues are $620!
HOMEOWNER LEADER MEMBERSHIP The most successful community associations are led by well-informed boards. With CAI membership, your board members will have access to critical resources and educational opportunities to lead effectively. Annual membership dues starting as low as $125 for an individual, or up 2-15 members for $280!
MANAGEMENT COMPANY MEMBERSHIP Expand your client base and access tools, resources and information. CAI is your source to what is important in the community association field. Note that individual memberships are separate from this plan and must be purchased individually. Annual membership dues are $450!
MANAGER MEMBERSHIP As a community property manager, you serve a vital role. CAI provides the latest industry insights and trends to help you stay at the forefront of the profession. Annual membership dues are $135!
MULTI-CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP This membership is perfect if your company operates in multiple areas covered by CAI chapters. To join, you need an active business partner or management company membership. All multi-chapter memberships must share the same expiration date and billing address. Annual membership dues and #315 per additional chapter!
NATIONAL CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP This membership gives you access to all CAI chapters in the U.S. and Canada with just one membership. We will maximize your visibility and work with you personally to ensure you achieve your business goals. Annual membership dues are $16,500!
PUBLIC OFFICAL MEMBERSHIP For those working in advocacy or government roles, this membership includes the same benefits as the homeowner leader membership but with the legislative advocacy fee waived. Annual membership dues are $125!
STUDENT MEMBERSHIP This membership is for students enrolled in an accredited school who want to dive into the community association field. Eligibility for up to five years while in school. Proof of student status may be required (e.g., class schedule or student ID). Students must not work full-time in community association management or serve on boards (except during breaks). Annual membership dues are $35!
